Mindfulness Group for Parents & Caregivers (AM Group–ONLINE)

Join parent mindfulness teachers and other parents and caregivers for an hour online or by phone to:
- Connect with other families who are finding their way in this difficult time
- Share skills to help with worries, such as mindfulness and breathing techniques
- Find ways to be patient with yourself at hard times and enjoy the good times
- Learn and share strategies to take care of yourself
